By accessing and using Adlyzr ("the Service"), operated by Compass Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Adlyzr is an analytics dashboard that connects to your Google Ad Manager 360 account to provide insights, reporting, and visualization of your advertising data.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account
  • Have authorized access to a Google Ad Manager 360 network
  • Grant the Service permission to access your Google Ad Manager data
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Compass Digital and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

  • The data displayed will be completely accurate

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also stop using the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
